A personalized website that gives members 24/7 access to their account information and plan benefits. We’ve made myBlueCross even more user friendly, so employees can easily order ID cards and access:

  • Claim statements
  • Wellness tips and health assessment tools
  • In-network doctors, hospitals or pharmacies


myBlueWellness features personalized tools that let your employees track their health and fitness goals. Plus, they can receive a $25 gift card when they complete a preventive office visit and take an online HealthQuotient® (HQ) quiz or complete one of the six My Health Assistant® programs.

HealthQuotient and My Health Assistant are wellness tools or programs provided to Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama members by WebMD®, an independent company.

Talk to a doctor 24/7 with Teladoc®

Teladoc connects members to a 24/7 network of physicians who can diagnose, treat and prescribe medication over the phone or online.

Teladoc® is an independent company providing phone and online physician consultation services to Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama members.

Blue365 discounts

When members sign up, they can save on products and services that support a healthy lifestyle. These include gym memberships, fitness gear, weight-loss programs and more.
